Michael specializes in:

Mike has practiced law since 1992 in a variety of practice areas, with an emphasis on governmental and administrative law, working with the Wyoming Attorney General for six years before the Wyoming Board of Equalization. Mike represented the City of Cheyenne as in-house counsel for ten years, seven of which as the Cheyenne City Attorney, advising the City on all aspects of municipal governance, including real estate, contracting, human resources and torts.  Mike joined Dray, Thomson & Dyekman, P.C. in November 2007. 

Mike has a long history of community service, and over the years has been involved with several organizations including the Mountain Regional Services Board of Directors, was a Board Member of the Cheyenne Respite group, was a member as well as President of ARC of Laramie County, a member of the Elks Club, he served on the Cheyenne Planning Commission and the Congressional Service Medal Committee and currently belongs to the Wyoming State Bar Association.
