Barton specializes in:

Bart was born in Evansville, Indiana on December 21, 1980. He attended Murray State University, where he was a member of the Murray State Baseball team as a pitcher and was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha. After graduating with a B.S. (Business Administration) Bart attended Southern Illinois University, earning a Juris Doctor in December of 2006 and LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Health Law and Policy, in 2007. Bart was a member of the Sports Law Society and was Vice-President of the Law and Medicine Society at SIU’s law school. 

Bart is the co-owner of Future Stars Inc., where he is a baseball agent that represents prospective high school and college athletes in negotiating player salaries and networking to increase their draft status.  Bart is a member of American Health Lawyers Association, American Inns of Court and the Wyoming and Colorado State Bar.  Bart began working with Dray, Thomson and Dyekman, P.C. in May, 2007 as an associate and his practice has an emphasis in health law.
