It was a great success and we intend to hold similar teleconferences in the future.

Dyekman (bio) recently made a presentation on estate planning to the Mothers of Preschoolers group at Cheyenne Hills Church, focusing on fundamental rules of property law, appointment of guardians for minor children and creation of enforceable documents to deal with situations involving incapacity and death.

(January 2007) A contribution from Michelle Bush (bio) and Tim Woznick (bio) was recently published in the “Fifty State Survey of Balance Billing Laws” with the American Health Lawyers Association.  This publication is an insightful monograph from the Associations’ Expert Series.  This series also offers legal information for the advanced practitioner, with concise, pertinent information.

(October 2007) Nick Healey (bio) recently did a presentation for the Wyoming Hospital Association’s 62nd Annual Meeting and Convention in Sheridan, Wyoming.  Nick’s presentation was structured on health compliance issues.
